I have spent my career between governments and the companies that depend on their decisions.

At the Embassy of Canada to Brazil, I lead engagement with the federal Congress, ministries, the Central Bank of Brazil and sector regulators on trade, financial regulation, payments, digital governance and critical minerals. I advise Canadian pension and sovereign funds invested in Brazil and lead the Responsible Business Conduct agenda for Canada in the country.

Before that, I advised more than thirty multinationals on regulatory strategy and market access for the U.S. Department of Commerce, with two assignments at headquarters in Washington, DC. My career began in the Brazilian public sector, at ApexBrasil and INFRAERO.

Born and based in Brasília. Available for regular travel across the region.
